I believe in meeting you wherever you are on your unique journey and providing a safe and affirming space for you to express and process your emotions. I take an experiential and creative approach to psychotherapy that embraces the power of art and its ability to aid in self expression. Whether you are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, self harm behaviors, gender identity, sexuality, or simply navigating the complexities of life, I am here to listen and empower you throughout your process. My passion lies in working with teens, young women/non binary folks and the LGBTQIA+ community. My offerings include art therapy, brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, inner child work and other trauma focused approaches. Together, we'll explore the techniques that work best for you and your needs.
