My passion is working with young adults and beyond who are feeling challenged by major life transitions-whether it's starting college, graduating, experiencing an empty nest, navigating divorce or grieving a loved one, with a side interest in helping survivors of abuse. With my compassionate, collaborative, non-judgmental approach, my clients can process their thoughts and feelings, make sense of the emotions and changes and gently go on to what's next. Together we create space for acceptance and resilience so that they can move forward- not just by "getting through it" but also by growing and thriving.
