I am passionate about helping individuals discover their voice and strengthen their sense of self through a family systems lens. I am especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate their unique life experiences. Together, we explore relational patterns, determine appropriate boundaries, and discover how past trauma shows up in present day moments. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I help clients organize and process traumatic experiences, drawing on evidence-based techniques to foster healing and resilience. I also enjoy working with couples and families navigate and heal from attachment wounds & relational tension.
