It has and continues to be my goal to support the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and their families as they move through the challenges and changes of life. Most of my career has focused on providing individual and family therapy to young children, preteens, teenagers, and young adults support through family changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I strive to work with individuals and families to help children, adolescents and young adults feel safe, supported, and empowered in their relationships at home and in other aspects of life. I firmly believe in a person-centered approach to therapy and hold the client in regard as being the expert of their own experiences. I pull from various therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, Motivational interviewing, ACT, and IFS to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and strengths.
