Many of my clients have navigated complex territories including trauma, anxiety, and painful relationship dynamics. My approach is rooted in developmental neuroscience, attachment theory, and a deep understanding of how the nervous system influences thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I consider not just what a client is struggling with, but when and how their nervous system learned to adapt in that way.
