My name is Ashley Singerman, and I’m a private practice therapist who works with people new to therapy, adults with childhood trauma, mothers, and adolescents. If you come from a background where you experienced neglect, trauma, or abuse, I hold the space where you feel supported and handheld in your experience while we move at your own pace. It might be hard for you to take the first step because you aren’t sure or are afraid to make a choice. I love ushering people into the work because I know it can be anxiety provoking. In my approach, I want you to have the tools to make your own choices, and to feel safe in the process.
