Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I specialize in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy for teens and adults. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, empowered, and not alone in what you're going through. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you move toward healing and balance—at your own pace. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in education as a Special Education Teacher and Behavior Specialist. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how emotions, behavior, and environment are all connected—especially for teens and young adults. It also shaped my approach: calm, nonjudgmental, and practical.
