For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all stages of life—children, teens, young adults, adults, older adults, families, and professionals—helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new paths toward peace and growth. Beyond my professional training, what sets me apart is my life story. I was raised in a kinship home by family members who taught me the importance of compassion, resilience, and giving back. Over the years, I’ve become known for my ability to make people feel seen, valued, and understood. Telehealth sessions offer a convenient and private space to connect and work towards positive change. Expect a listening ear, a supportive and caring presence, and a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. The goal is to understand your unique experiences and needs.
