Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Especially when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma or simply feeling stuck in patterns you don't fully understand. Many people come to therapy knowing something isn't working but find themseleves unsure where to begin. My role is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported, understood, informed, and empowered as you move toward meaningful change. I am a pre-licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience working with teenagers and adults in a variety of settings, including residential women's substance abuse treatment, school counseling and private practice.
