Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana with five years of experience supporting clients through life’s transitions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University and recently became Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C). I’m deeply passionate about maternal mental health and committed to walking alongside women through every stage of their journey—whether you’re preparing for motherhood, currently pregnant, navigating postpartum, or working to rediscover and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what led you to seek therapy, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
