Hello! My name is Ashe Sullivan (pronounced like Ash). I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in therapeutic work, specializing mainly in grief/loss, trauma, and behavioral disorders. I have experience in telehealth video sessions as well as in-person. My approach with clients is humanistic and heavily client-centered; the other main component is trauma-focused work. Often, trauma or grief can be pushed aside as we move through our lives to focus on other things: careers, families, etc. But these things don't stay "out of our way," and addressing them directly can help with the rest of our lives.
