I am a licensed mental health counselor who pursued a career in therapy to support individuals in finding their passion for life. There are circumstances we experience that can impact our ability to find joy. I believe that reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that were lost through trauma can restore pleasure and meaning in life. My goal is to support clients throughout this healing process. I have worked in the mental health field for 13 years across a variety of settings, including residential, school-based, and community-based environments. I have experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families.
