Hello! Helping people is my passion and I am lucky enough to make a career out of it! Life can be challenging, developing coping skills to help work through life's potential ups and downs is something I love discovering with my clients. Therapy is a great place to determine and discover what is working for us and what is not. I am here to help with that! Sometimes we uncover traumatic events that have happened to us or we begin therapy due to experiencing a more recent traumatic event. I am trained in EMDR therapy and i'm trauma focused. I enjoy creating a safe environment for my clients to process, learn and grow in!
