Feeling stuck or hopeless? Having trouble getting out of the rut you’re in? Struggling to know how to support your child? Life can be difficult, and it can be very scary to admit you’re not doing well. But getting help doesn’t have to be intimidating. My goal is to support children, adults, and families in helping them figure out how to sort through their trauma and build a more fulfilling life. The clients I see range from middle schoolers struggling with trauma to adults trying to figure out their next step. Whatever the difficulty, we'll work as a team to create long-lasting change.
