Starting therapy can be a big step, and I am here to support you through it—whether it's your first time or you've decided to restart your therapy journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about helping people navigate challenges such as chronic illness, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship issues. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health (pregnant and postpartum individuals). I work with teenagers and adults. My goal is to ensure that you get the help that you're looking for. I draw from a range of techniques, including DBT and CBT, but ultimately, my focus is on what works best for you. I’m down-to-earth and believe that humor can be a helpful tool in our work together.
