Greetings wellness warriors:) I welcome you to a safe space to explore and focus on a healthy outcome. I have been in the mental health and substance use industry for almost a decade. I bring to the telehealth platform, clinical experience, compassion, empathy, and the ability to provide a hand up in helping individuals explore their issues, needs, and obtain appropriate goals to improve their overall well-being. I am also comfortable in helping individuals explore their life challenges, mental health diagnosis, gather resources, and facilitate in empowering clients to step out of their comfort zone. I accept clients where they are at in their treatment. I specialize in mental health and substance use disorders. I am able to implement CBT, mindfulness CBT, trauma informed care, and an integrative/client centered approach to help clients begin the journey of wellbeing.
