Sometimes life has you saying this — is bananas. No matter how small or big the issue, reaching out for help can make all the difference in helping us to deal with whatever life throws our way. I believe that counseling has the ability to set people free, help them to find peace, reconnect, and can open their eyes to the infinite possibilities there are when we take the time to invest in ourselves, our relationships, and our overall well-being. We may not have had control over the things that have happened to us, but luckily we have the power to choose to heal from them. Utilizing EMDR, talk therapy, mindfulness and other tools; I support people as they find wholeness, healing, and empowerment within themselves.
