Acknowledging, understanding, and speaking about your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences can be a difficult task. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who is empathetic and understanding, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where clients can feel comfortable enough to be themselves and speak freely without judgment. I am bilingual and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I tailor my therapeutic approach and utilize various types of therapy such as Client-Centered Therapy, Integrative Therapy, and CBT (just to name a few) to meet the needs of each individual client. Throughout my career, I have worked in different settings including an outpatient mental health clinic and a university. I have worked collaboratively with clients to treat and address a variety of presenting problems including: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, as well as transitions and all of the stressors that tend to come with those.
