As your new therapist, I commit to meeting you where you are with compassion, non-judgement and warmth. I take joy in supporting those in my care by deepening their internal understanding, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and transitioning into new life stages. I am a relational based therapist, who will safely guide you in emotional exploration. My clients are often juggling demanding careers and family needs, amid life's many stressors. They are often labeled the ‘strong, dependable' members of their families. My clients are moms, mother figures, grandmothers, aunts, caregivers, and mentors. They are the pillars, others lean on. I specialize in supporting Black women and people of color. Those in my practice, tend to come from traditional faith backgrounds and customs. I celebrate the courage of those who trust me with untold parts of their story. Simply put, I support those in my care by empowering them to create the change they desire in their lives.
