Ashley’s goal as a counselor is to create a safe, accepting, and empowering space for individuals to grow and heal. She meets individuals where they are at, incorporating their strengths, interests, and creativity into each session. Ashely sees adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational concerns, self-worth, and identity exploration.
