I specialize in using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and my master’s degree from Florida International University.
