Hello! I’m a licensed therapist in Texas and Georgia, trained in EMDR, and I specialize in working with women facing a range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting, infertility, and grief & loss. I also support young adults as they navigate life transition and early career. My approach is hands-on and collaborative; I’m committed to getting in the trenches with my clients to help them recognize and harness their inner strength.
