I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who grew up in Hawaii, particularly the Big Island. I use a nonjudgmental approach to help you find what you are looking for in therapy. Using a person-centered approach my therapeutic technique will be tailored to your needs. I specialize in building a trusting relationship with my clients and your goals will be the focus of sessions.
