I'm offering video and in person session. I have always had a passion for joining people in their stories and strongly believe that no one should ever have to feel alone in their journey. I specialize in working with complex trauma and I am especially passionate about helping people through past or current trauma toward healing. While trauma is my area of expertise, I also enjoy working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use issues, and grief and loss. Throughout my work, I have seen the resiliency of the human spirit. It is now my passion and my privilege to join my clients in navigating their path.
