Betrayal may be part of your story, but it doesn’t have to define the ending. I work with individuals and couples facing tough challenges including high conflict, infidelity, sex/porn addiction, betrayal trauma, lack of intimacy, stuck in the same cycles, communication breakdowns, and anyone desiring to have more peace and wholeness in their life. We will create new ways of connecting, healing, and growing both individually and with others. Change is hard, but staying stuck is harder. It's time to create something better. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method (Level II) to guide couples toward real, lasting change. My integrative approach offers both a clear path and a felt sense of progress. I offer Discernment Counseling for couples unsure about staying together or separating. I also am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma treatment.
