As a Licensed Professional Counselor I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their experiences and find pathways to healing and resilience. I have worked with diverse populations including, first responders, veterans, teens and young adults. By providing compassionate support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, clients are able explore their feelings, process their experiences, and develop coping strategies. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to empower my clients by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. I specialize in Trauma/Complex Trauma. I also work with clients struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
