In my practice, I am available to help people struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief and adjustments to life changes. Clients are able to feel comfortable in a relaxed environment, where they can meet their goals of decreased stress and increase feelings of peace, confidence and strength. They can also gain tools to manage symptoms of fear and worry. Children can gain techniques to cope and function with stressors in school, social, and family life. Families going through separation and divorce can benefit from consultation on how to go through the process of change, putting the children’s best interest first. My specialty is working with adults, children and families for a variety of mood stressors and life changes including anxiety, depression, and divorce. I am a CBT therapist, and goal oriented to help clients meet their needs in a timely manner. I am also a certified Child Specialist for the Collaborative Divorce Process.
