I have a heartfelt passion for helping others find insight and understanding when they feel trapped in the various seasons of life. Recognizing these seasons can often be difficult, and that’s perfectly okay—we can navigate that together. They might show up in our daily lives as anxiety or depression, irritability and agitation, a lack of interest, or a sense of isolation from activities that once sparked joy. We may also face relational challenges, diminished intimacy, and self-doubt, or struggle with the transitions and changes that life inevitably throws our way. Life is meant to be fully lived with purpose and joy.
