I decided to become a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a healthy and happy life, and good mental health is crucial for that. I struggled with anxiety and social anxiety as a child, which caused difficulties growing up and had a big impact on my life. Mental health has been too long ignored, denied, and neglected. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
