They also express struggling to connect with others in an emotionally meaningful way, explaining that they have difficulty being vulnerable with themselves & others. My clients often come to therapy feeling confused & lonely & often report feeling more connected & confident with themselves & others after working together. I specialize in trauma, attachment, & neurodivergence. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming.
