We all go through rough times and sometimes our lives can simply become overwhelming. This is when a trained professional is needed to help us get back on track and find balance. I am a licensed counselor and a certified addiction counselor, having worked in the field for over 30 years and I am here to listen in a supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental atmosphere. Together we can work to develop useful goals. I am an active and practical therapist, valuing confidentiality, trust and building rapport, knowing that most people simply want to find solutions to their problems and live the most satisfying lives possible.
