The moment that a child comes into your life, everything changes. Parenthood is filled with complex emotions all at once: overwhelming love, excited nervousness, fear of loss, protectiveness, intense anxiety, grief over unmet expectations, sadness that they grow up too fast, hope for the future, numbness in the monotony of repetitive daily tasks, sleep deprivation, isolation, disconnection, guilt about all the things, a HUGE shift in identity and the list goes on. Everything you feel is valid, because this is hard. You can feel all these things at the same time-and that's okay! No matter what you are experiencing, you are not alone. I would be honored to support you in the journey of parenthood however that looks for you. My specialty is to support mothers in all stages of trying to conceive, miscarriage, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, parenting, mood disorders, shifts in identity, healing from medical trauma, or juggling stress of a busy life.
