As a clinical social worker, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens. I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities. I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential.
