While life comes with its challenges, there comes a time where we all need some help - a small push, if you will. Whether anxiety, depression, fear, or loneliness is prevalent within your life, it will always be my goal to be a positive guide. As a Licensed Holistic Therapist, I utilize person-centered therapy, NTU psychotherapy, and a variety of holistic wellness interventions. Utilizing interventions like mindfulness activities, deep breathing, yoga, meditation, art, sound, or simply being a listening ear allows me to guide each and every client through their challenges. Considering the mind, body, and spirit allows me to address the entire client, and not just one piece of them.
