I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, betrayal trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and together, we work toward creating a greater sense of calm, balance, and wholeness. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw on psychodynamics, relational work, somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based methods to support both body and mind.
