I have been gifted with the ability to cause others to get UNSTUCK. My philosophy is that our BREAKTHROUGH is on the other side of skills we do not know and/or apply. Through the provision of psychoeducation, supportive counseling and accountability; I have seen individuals change the trajectory of their lives in a matter of weeks. It can be done! No matter the domain that someone could be stuck in: relationships, career, weight loss, infertility, parenting, spirituality or grief; my prescription for ideal living and longevity is the answer. I am an Emotional Intelligence Expert that works with individuals and corporations teaching and training on all aspects of the human mind and emotions to empower others to live and function effectively. I do this through teaching and training with corporations and I do this through therapy with individuals.
