Welcome! It is my goal to make the client feel their voice is heard. All walks of life are welcome in this non-judgmental, confidential, and healing space. I use an open, down to earth, individual centered approach. I work with individuals of all ages from 6 yrs of age up into late life. Services are offered in Oregon via telehealth only; Wyoming is telehealth and in person sessions. I offer individual therapy as well as family therapy. I work with clients with a variety of diagnoses and concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, adjustment concerns, schizophrenia, bariatric counseling, marital conflicts, self-esteem, etc.
