I knew from an early age that I wanted to help others and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Wyoming in 2014. My experience includes helping a variety of populations such as couples, families, adults, adolescents, children, and Veterans. I work to provide a person centered approach to best support your needs and utilize a range of modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. I also offer Christian Counseling for those desiring a Biblical perspective. I enjoy helping people in all walks of life and look forward to working with you.
