As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, especially in minority and religious communities. My goal is to empower individuals to advocate for their well-being. I specialize in grief, anxiety, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and depression. I also have extensive experience working with teens, navigating family dynamics, aiding professional athletes, sifting through ministry challenges, and strengthening relationships.
