As a therapist, my deepest desire is to walk alongside others, to step into their shoes and to empower them to have compassion for the wounded parts of their being. I specialize in helping successful individuals who struggle with addiction as a way to cope with stress, loneliness, and identity issues. I want to offer my clients a new path of learning that they do not need to run or hide from themselves but that they are capable of experiencing uncomfortable emotions. That in experiencing the full spectrum of their emotions, they are able to allow peace, rest, and acceptance to permeate the deepest parts of their soul.
