Dr. Bütz has been a licensed psychologist for over twenty years, working in both executive management and conducting clinical, forensic, and neuropsychological assessments. In the fall of 2015, Dr. Bütz relocated his clinical and neuropsychological practice to Intermountain Health, St. Vincent Healthcare, Behavioral Health Associates. He also maintains his private forensic practice, Aspen Practice, P.C., at a separate location. Dr. Bütz continues his forensic - employment-related work through Aspen Practice, P.C., addressing a wide array of cases: child-custody work, parental capacity, Child and Family Services work, competency, criminal intent at the time of the crime, fitness for duty assessments, prescreening community service employees, and related matters.
