I do not focus on any one specific population to serve. I believe that everyone needs someone to talk to and process what they are experiencing in their lives. In general I realize that most people I serve are working on rebuilding, repairing, and relearning how to manage connections to others. I am trained to practice EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Sex Offender Treatment, and Substance and Alcohol Use. I provide group therapies, social support groups, individual counseling, and family counseling. I have a work with law enforcement agencies, drug courts, and lawyers.
