About

My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to navigate the world, challenging situations, and mental health issues with healthy habits and a better understanding of emotional processes. I take an integrative and collaborative approach, viewing each person as a unique individual who will be best suited with a personally tailored therapeutic perspective. My clients are often individuals who are struggling to find a way forward- be it due to a traumatic experience, a hostile environment, or an invisible internal battle- and I am here to help them navigate that journey and find their path. I am accepting new clients of all ages for morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I offer Telehealth and in-person appointments. I see children and adults individually and I also see couples. My priority is to foster a safe space for people of all backgrounds and perspectives to go on a journey towards mental wellness.
