I am passionate about supporting teens and adults as they heal from trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and any other painful experience. Most of my professional and personal experience has centered around aligning with and uplifting individuals who are incredibly resilient - people of color, immigrants, and sexual or gender minorities. I use a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach in my work with all my clients. I also aim to offer an inclusive and intersectional perspective. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, client-driven, and can include but is not limited to EMDR, CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, etc.
