Hi, I’m Assal and I’ve been working as a therapist for 13 years. I work with young adults and people in midlife, with a particular focus on women and mothers. Many of my clients are balancing multiple roles while feeling impacted by the broader stress and uncertainty of today’s world. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and free to share what’s really going on. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. Sessions with me are conversational and real, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ll be supportive and encouraging, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge you or ask the deeper questions when it feels important.
