Welcome! My name is Astrid. I am passionate about creating a space that fosters vulnerability, safety, community, and love. I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal Justice, shortly after, received my Master’s in Social Work. As a former community organizer, I understand the impacts of oppressive systems and the value in community to resist against those systems. Therefore, in my work, I focus and center safety, empowerment, compassion, and community. I support individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions using CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method. I create a space where you feel seen heard, & supported.
