I help clients find meaningful and lasting healing through reconnection with the mind, body and and soul so that they can live an embodied life. My name is Atara and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in clients looking to work on developing a deeper understanding between the mind and body connection. I use somatic approaches in my work such as because holistic healing does not just happen in the mind. I love to support clients in creating a sustainable vision. The goal in my work is to empower clients on gaining clarity to obtain holistic balance in mind, body, and soul.
