Born in India, my healing lineage draws from Ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness, woven with somatic therapy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and relational neuroscience. As an APA-accredited CE provider, I support clinicians and seekers who value depth, presence, and holistic care grounded in both science and spirit.
