I work with individuals who have experienced difficult or painful events that continue to shape how they see themselves and the world. They may struggle with anxiety, self-blame, or a sense of disconnection, and are ready to explore these emotions, patterns, and behaviors. I believe that healing happens in the context of a genuine, trusting relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply heard, understood without judgment, and encouraged to approach their healing with curiosity and self-compassion. I use a lens that considers societal context, identity, and cultural relativity to meet each client's needs.
