Welcome! It's lovely to meet you. I'm Athena- a marriage and family therapist who is deeply passionate about creative expression and human connection. I am multiracial, queer, and a daughter of immigrants. I provide virtual and in-person therapy for individuals and relationship systems (i.e., couples, polycules, teen/adult child-parent, sibling), with a particular focus on QTBIPOC and immigrant/first-generation communities. I invite my clients to intentionally explore the origins of their patterns, imaginatively ponder the future, and deliberately engage with the present as we work towards a more liberated and authentic life.
